Covid Vaccines: How to Immunize

September 2, 2025

Dear Parents & Caregivers,

We hope this letter finds your family safe and healthy as we head into the fall season. We are writing to inform you that our office will NOT be receiving Covid-19 vaccines for the 2025-2026 season.

While we are unable to offer the Covid vaccine directly in our office this year, there are still convenient options available to ensure your child is protected:

  1. Pharmacy Vaccination – Children ages 3 and up can receive the Covid-19 vaccine at many local pharmacies.
  2. Pick-Up & In-Office Administration – If your child is under age 3, or if you prefer that we administer the vaccine, we are happy to provide a prescription. You may fill the prescription at the pharmacy and bring the unopened vaccine to our office. With a scheduled appointment, we can administer the vaccine the same day you pick it up.

We understand this change may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your flexibility as we continue to prioritize your child’s health and safety. if you have any questions or would like help coordinating a prescription or appointment, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Thank you!
