A Heartfelt Message to the Patients & Families of Millburn Pediatrics:

We are announcing the retirement of Dr. Kelly Knowles! While away on family medical leave, Dr. Knowles has decided to make her leave permanent and transition into retirement. While we are sad to part ways with our beloved doctor, we wish her many happy days in her retirement.

To patients of Dr. Knowles, please know that we are making every accommodation necessary to maintain your standing appointments with our office. While we understand that you will miss Dr. Knowles, we hope you take this opportunity to meet with our other providers and continue your care with our practice. We appreciate your support during this bittersweet transition.

P.S. There will be a mailbox available in the office for Dr. Knowles until the end of July.
