When giving our office a call, please take the time to completely listen to our FULL menu. Please click the key option that best corresponds to your needs. The options are as listed below:
*** if you are entered into the phone queue, you may remain on the line until a staff member is available or you may opt for a call back. If you select for a call back – your place will not be lost in the queue, you will simply receive a call when your turn is next. ***
Option 1. – is an Emergency Line for Doctors and Hospitals. Please do NOT select this option unless you are calling from an institution. It must remain open for emergencies.
Option 2. – is for scheduling Well Visit appointments
Option 3. – is for scheduling Sick Visit appointments, Medical Advise and Lab Results
Option 4. – is for Pharmacies to contact our office staff. NOT for refilling prescriptions
Option 5. – is for Billing Department
Option 6. – is for our Practice Manager
If you would like to Refill Prescriptions, need a Referral or have a Non-Emergent Medical question, please use our Patient Portal to send us a message.
