When your baby is born, tell your obstetrician and the hospital staff that you have chosen Millburn Pediatrics as your child’s pediatrician. If your baby is delivered at Cooperman Barnabas or Overlook Medical Center, one of our physicians will evaluate your newborn prior to discharge. If delivering at another facility, the hospital staff will care for your baby while in the hospital. Prior to discharge, please contact our office about scheduling your baby’s first visit.
Ready to take that first step?
Before you make your initial visit to our office, it’s important to take several preparatory steps:
- Please contact our office and speak with a member of our staff before you submit any forms. This will allow us to confirm whether a specific provider is accepting new patients, and to assist you with the necessary procedures.
- We will require records from your child’s previous doctors, immunization records, contact information, insurance details, and your medical history.
- We will provide you with comprehensive information about our privacy practices and financial policies, and will request your signature to confirm that you have received and understood this information.
- To facilitate a seamless experience during your first visit, please take the time to complete the forms in advance on your computer and upload them to your patient portal.
“Truly a great pediatric practice.”
My sons have been seeing Dr. Batra for almost 10 years now. We have seen all of the other physicians in the practice as well during sick visits. We are very pleased with the practice and recommend it highly.
